5. Appointment Booking

Appointments are booked through our third-party booking platform, JaneApp. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card must be held on file for all appointments. If you are not comfortable providing a credit card, we cannot book your appointment.
• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 2 business days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the visit will be charged 50% of the visit fee. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment rate.
• Fees: Current fees are listed on the booking page and are subject to change.
• Insurance: We do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. Receipts are issued after each visit with all necessary information for you to submit to your insurance provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of Dr. Erin Chambers Naturopathic Doctor and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
